Cant install oovoo for my windows computer?

Whenever I try to download oovoo I click download. A little tab pops up thats like run, save or cancel. I hit run and another tab comes up. It's like run or don't run verifying it. I click run and I get this choose program you want to open it with. And It wont work from there. How do I fix this?
