CLAIMING WTC AND JSA SAME TIME.?

Hi i would like to ask a question on behalf of my friend.She is married with two children and her husband is working part time she has been signing on jsa and claiming working tax credits .She told wtc and jsa her husband has found part time work...but the fraud departmenet got in contact with her and stopped all her benefits like houseing benifit etc...she is struggling to pay her rent now....i dont understand why she is in the wrong when she let them know her situation and wtc and jsa didnt give her guidance ? the fruad department is looking into her care...she did not intentionaly do this she was confused and claimed benfits like so for the first time she has 2 lil babies and does not want to get into trouble any tips guys ? i can explain further if u need more info...how can she get her voice heard out ...she didnt no how the benfit system work and she did not delibrately decide to coomit this crime and make more money she didnt no wot is right and wrong...?
