Why do I keep dreaming about 9/11?

I had 2 family members who were police officers and had to pick up body parts. Lately i haven't even thought about it but i've had these dreams where i'm with exactly 5 other people including myself, and it's very very hot. i wake up sweating. when WTC went down i was only 3! why is this happening?
