Getting out of the Army National Guard?

What does your contract say, contact the NG JAG. As far as I know you cannot be release, you can stop drilling but they will put you in the NG aquivilant of the IRR and you can still get activated and deployed so I suggest you go visit JAG ASAP before you find yourself overseas.
